1. Site Visit - We come to your home and discuss your design goals, ideas and site concerns. 

2. If you are not quite sure what you want, or the deck you envision is not simple and straight forward, we offer design services.  For an hourly fee, we will work with you to evaluate and draw your project.  Drawings can be simply 2D, or 3D if this is of benefit to you. 

3. If your deck is a straight forward design and you know what you want, we can provide a quote before concluding our site visit.  Our quotes are good for a period of 60 days, so there is no pressure to decide right away. 

4. When you have decided to go ahead, we will ask you to sign off on the proposal and  schedule a mutually agreeable time for the installation. A downpayment is required when your project is scheduled.

5. Installation - Our professional and courteous crew will install your project.  Average decks usually take 2-3 days to install.

6. Final inspection by you, and the relevant inspection agency

7. Final payment
