Think Design and Build is categorized as a "Design Build" company. This means we work with you throughout your project, from conception to completion. This eliminates conflict between the designer, builder, general contractor and customer - there's just TDB and you.
Through the construction phase of your project, we project manage all crews and subtrades to ensure work is being completed on time and meets strict quality expectations. Although we have our own versatile crew, we will substitute other trades for specialized work (such as plumbers or electricians).
Project management includes more than just general supervision of the construction site crews and subtrades. It also means we are keeping track of schedule progress, project budgets, permits, inspections, deliveries, etc and keeping you up to date on a frequent basis as to your project's progress.
